These terms
These terms cover the HoopRead website and the HoopRead apps for iOS and Android. Aleksandr Luginin PR Racunarsko Programiranje Lalex Web Novi Sad, a business registered in Serbia, runs HoopRead.
By using HoopRead, or by tapping Agree and continue in the app, you agree to these terms and to how we handle your information in our Privacy page.
Who can use HoopRead
You need to be 13 or older to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you and agree to them.
Your account
The app saves your card and your progress to an account you sign in to with Apple, Google or your email. Keep your sign-in safe and use one account for yourself only.
You can delete your account in the app at any time. Deleting it removes your card and your progress.
HoopRead Pro
Some of HoopRead is free. HoopRead Pro unlocks the rest for a yearly or monthly price shown before you buy.
Pro is sold through the App Store or Google Play and billed to that account. A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription when it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings. Refunds follow the store's own rules. If a price changes, the store tells you before it applies.
Fair use
Use HoopRead to train. Do not cheat the card with scripts or bots, copy or scrape the plays, break or overload the service, or use HoopRead to harass or impersonate anyone.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Our content
The plays, scenarios, animations, copy and design in HoopRead belong to us. You may use them to train for your own, personal use.
Your card is yours to share. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve HoopRead without owing you anything.
Training, not a promise
HoopRead helps you read the game. It does not guarantee minutes, a spot on a team or any result. When you take what you learn to the court, play safely and within your limits.
Changes and liability
We keep improving HoopRead, so features may change or end. We may update these terms and will tell you in the app or on this page when a change matters.
HoopRead is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
These terms follow the laws of Serbia, without removing the consumer protections of your own country.
